The Zentz Zeus Hot Melt Unit is a reliable melter designed to support consistent adhesive performance and precision within your hot melt system. Equipped with a constant-pressure pneumatic piston pump, this hot melt adhesive unit supplies up to 20 lbs. of melted material per hour, ensuring a steady and efficient workflow. Its icon-driven control panel simplifies operation, providing easy programming across nine temperature zones. The air-operated pump guarantees high-pressure adhesive output for accurate and dependable glue application. Plus, the removable access covers of this hot melt glue unit offer full component exposure for effortless maintenance.

Description

The Zentz Zeus Hot Melt Unit: 

  • Supports up to four hoses and guns, each with individual temperature settings. 
  • Features two dry contact outputs on the power board to signal run-ready and alarms for OEM-integrated PLC systems. 
  • Includes the same mounting holes and hose connections as Nordson® Series melters for easy conversion. 
  • Provides safe over-temp protection for heating or electrical errors, preventing damage to system components.

Accuracy: 

  • 9 Zone, Ni120 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) temperature controller, which includes one tank, four hoses, and four guns. 

Flexibility: 

  • Uses the same Nordson® 12-Pin, Ni120 rectangular hose connections and same mounting holes for easy changeover and installation. 

Longevity: 

  • Cartridge heating elements and Teflon® coated tanks provide fast warm-up time, improve heat transfer, and reduce char buildup.
