Our Zentz hot melt feeding system is compatible with Nordson, Dynatec, Robatech, and several other OEM melter equipment.

Description

The AutoFill 9600 controller is an intelligent level sensor that controls the pneumatic pellet feeder used with hot melt adhesive systems. Using a radio frequency capacitive technique, the hot melt feeding system detects when the melter is not full and triggers an external solenoid to start the pneumatic feeder.

The Zentz AutoFill 9600, our automatic adhesive delivery system, features:

  • Self-calibrating level control for easy set-up and operation
  • A tracking system to monitor adhesive usage each shift, day, or week
  • Compatibility with a wide range of adhesives, from 3/8” chips to pelletized form
  • An automatically controlled pick-up tube vibrator, with an optional drum vibrator
  • An optional light tower for system status monitoring
  • Optional sensing rods for custom fill applications
  • Output contacts for interface capability
  • A self-contained, integrated power supply that operates on 100V-240V
  • An easy-change filter cartridge
  • Alarm indicator lights to alert fill/no fill status
  • Powder-coated steel construction for corrosion resistance
  • A transparent container for adhesive-level visualization
  • Interface terminals for optional light tower or remote monitoring
  • Operating air pressure of 60 to 120 psi
